Login issues

Iā€™m not able to login from the home page. I have to use the icon in the top right, it then prompts me to register or sign in with an existing account.
iPhone 13 Pro
Safari
RESTARTING the phone cleared the login issue.

I had the same problem again today but with my MacBook Pro. MacOs Monterey Safari.
