Japanese artist Yukio Mishima wrote a book titled that way. I wonder if  YMO knew that. This is a great cover version.

@Barretok I imagine the Mishima reference was more a Chris Mosdell thing. Ryuichi Sakamoto originally had it as an instrumental. Mosdell provided the sparse words and title. Michael Jackson wrote a whole lot of words which tried to add his anxiety into the song. Clapton then modified it a bit to suit his anxiety. So I rewrote most of it to make it about Sakamoto, Clapton and Jackson.
